2013 Young Scientist Challenge Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Discovery Education 3M Young Scientist Challenge. In order to nominate your student(s) for the Young Scientist Challenge, please fill out the information requested below. The first step is to tell us a bit about yourself so that we can recognize you if your student becomes a finalist! Next, we'll need you to provide your student's zip code and his or her parent's email address. For security purposes, we will not be requesting the student's name. Please ensure that your students know that you have nominated them for our competition and inform them that their parents will receive an email with information on how to enter.

After nominating a student, you will receive a link to download a nomination certificate that can be printed and provided to your student.
